Delivery Policy
The prices shown on
the website are all include VAT. Postage will be added during the checkout
process according to your order. If your delivery destination is beyond the UK
mainland, customer can either email us via Contact or we will email you with the
estimated delivery cost and you can then tell us if you wish to proceed with the
order on that basis.
Orders received
before midday are usually dispatched the same day by a 24 hour courier, if we
are out of stock of an item we will email you and let you know when we expect to
be able to make delivery. If the delivery date is unacceptable you are free to
re-select or cancel your order.
VERY
IMPORTANT - Please check your goods on arrival, if you are unable to do this
sign for the goods as "Unexamined". The driver will normally require a
signature, if you are likely to be out please leave a note for the driver with
instructions ie; leave in shed, leave with neighbour at No 45, etc., the driver
will then do this (though at your risk).
If your
goods arrive damaged please refuse delivery. If you discover that goods are
damaged after the driver has gone, let us know within 24 hours,
providing you do this we will supply a free of charge replacement.
